We operate regions across the globe to ensure the best experience for our customers. Currently, we have regions in the following locations:

  • πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ United States (St. Louis - US-3 and N. Virginia - US-2)
  • πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί Europe (Germany - EU-1 and Finland - EU-2)
  • πŸ‡§πŸ‡· Brazil (Sao Paulo - BR-1)

In each region, we select a specific provider and build our infrastructure on top of it. We are constantly exploring new regions and providers to expand our coverage.

If you require a region that we haven't added yet, please reach out to our support team.

Regions per Account​

Regions are enabled on a per-account basis. If you require access to a region that is not currently enabled for your account, please reach out to our support team.

This approach ensures that each account has an appropriate allocation of resources in alignment with their specific limits.

We are eager to enable additional regions for your account once we have a clear understanding of your requirements.

Providers​

We exclusively partner with well-established providers in the industry with strong reputations.

Each provider has its own approach to delivering Machines or Virtual Machines, but we shield our customers from these complexities. We offer a straightforward interface for creating and managing your applications and databases.

With zCloud, you don't need to concern yourself with the provider you're using; your experience will remain consistent across all regions.

Standard Price Regions​

Standard price regions are those where you can see the pricing in advance, without contacting support.

Presently, we offer Standard price in the following locations:

Pricing per Region​

Different providers present various challenges and costs. We strive to offer the best prices for our customers while considering service quality and our expenses. Consequently, we practice different pricing strategies in different regions.

For pricing in other regions, please contact our support team with your specific resource and feature requirements.

Why you don't have standard pricing in all regions?​

We want to offer the best price possible everywhere and in some providers that would be impossible without understand your needs, this is why we need to check your requirements before we can offer a price.

Advanced Options​

We provide advanced options for businesses seeking specific providers or regions. Additionally, we can supply dedicated resources tailored to your business needs.

Please contact our support team with your specific requirements, and we will present a customized proposal for potential collaboration.

We offer flexibility in these options, and here are a few examples of arrangements we currently have in place with other customers:

Your Provider, Your Account​

You run your preferred provider within your own account. We manage your infrastructure, and you pay your provider directly. We charge you for allocated zCloud units for our management and platform.

Custom Provider, Our Account​

You run your chosen provider, but it's managed and paid for by us. We oversee your infrastructure, and you pay us for the resources used in your applications and databases. This setup includes additional fees and taxes due to running everything under our accounts. We also charge you for allocated zCloud units for our management and platform.

Dedicated Resources​

We can provide dedicated resources in many of the combinations mentioned above. Feel free to reach out with your unique ideas, and we'll determine the best approach for working together.

These are just a few examples of existing arrangements, but you can propose your own requirements, and we'll assess their feasibility for our business.

Move Environment Region​

In the app env page, on the Settings tab, you can see the "Change region" section.

There you can choose a different region to deploy your app env as long your custom hosts are pointed to your app ingress domain.

After changing, a new deployment will be started in the chosen region.

FAQ​

How do I choose a region?​

Typically, you should select a region that is geographically closer to your customers. However, for example, US-3 is suitable for customers in South America. Don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll assist you in making the best choice.

Can I change my region?​

Yes, you can. Inside the Settings tab in your app env page, you can select a new region to deploy your app.

Can I have apps and databases in different regions?​

Yes, you can have applications in different regions, even within the same account.

Do I need advanced options?​

In most cases, advanced options are not necessary, but if you have specific requirements, please contact our support team, and we will help you make an informed decision.

These options are typically suitable for businesses with specific needs or those looking to use a particular provider. In many instances, the reasons are not purely technical. For example, some businesses have existing contracts with providers and wish to utilize them fully. Another common scenario involves businesses with credits from a specific provider that they want to exhaust.

Can I run in my AWS account?​

Yes, we can run in your AWS account, as well as in your Microsoft Azure account, Digital Ocean account, Google Cloud account, and more. Our platform is provider-agnostic, allowing us to operate in any provider's environment.
