Verification

As of October 13th, we've introduced a verification process for new users and accounts.

Why Verification?

We prioritize transparent communication with all our clients. Before enabling app deployment, we aim to understand your business better.

Our cloud platform is specifically designed to support business production applications, offering exceptional support and a smooth user experience. To achieve this, it's essential for us to engage with every customer and foster authentic relationships.

What's Involved?

The verification process is simple. After signing up, you'll be prompted to provide a brief description of your business and the applications and databases you intend to use. You can also schedule a call with us through this link or reach out to us at support@zcloud.ws for account verification.

What to Include in the Description?

When describing your business and applications, it's beneficial to provide details on resource requirements, such as CPU, memory, and disk usage. This information helps us allocate resources and plan our infrastructure. Your account limits are determined based on this information. Additionally, please include essential business details like your app's purpose and your customer base. If you have specific needs or security concerns, don't hesitate to ask questions here.

While you may already have a connection within our team, if we're not acquainted with you yet, sharing links and resources, such as your website or LinkedIn profile, can be beneficial.

Standard Questions We Ask

We prefer video calls, but if you like text, follow below a few questions that we usually ask and you can answer in advance to speed up the process:

- What is your Personal LinkedIn profile?
- What does your business do? How do clients find you?
- In which region do you want to run your services?
- Do you also want to run databases? (Yes, we do run databases, including backups)
- How much resources do you need? CPU, Memory, and Disk
- Are there any special needs that we could help you with?
- How did you find us?

Limits

We initiate this initial conversation to establish your zCloud account limits. These limits are crucial to ensure we can provide the necessary resources while avoiding over-provisioning our regional resources.

In this context, it's vital that you communicate any anticipated limit increases in advance. We recommend requesting changes at least 5 working days before you require them.

Please note that if you can't predict future demands with this lead time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request promptly. However, the 5-day notice allows us sufficient time to prepare and make any necessary infrastructure adjustments.

Our objective with this process is to safeguard our existing clients and establish strong relationships with new ones right from the start. This initial exchange often uncovers additional ways our company can support and assist your business needs.
