If you pay for Premium Support, we offer a special email address for 24/7 assistance every day of the year.

Premium Support

If you want to have access to us 24/7, every day of the year you can activate Premium Support as an additional service.

When you have Premium Support activated you can call us any time you have an emergency. We provide a special communication channel for accounts with Premium Support activated.

In the premium support we also provide:

  • Custom third-party external monitor running against your domains (these will also trigger our 24/7 support in case of problems);
  • Option to schedule for free monthly calls with our experts to make sure everything is running smoothly;
